User Interface

To access the item list configuration, first switch to the menu item Algorithm.

In the top field Choose Recommendation Method , select itemListRecommendation (see Fig. 2, point 1) as a recommendation method. After selecting the item list logic, the user interface looks as follows:

1. Choose Recommendation Method: The matrix recommendation (matrixRecommendation) is set by default. Select the itemListRecommendation here.

2. Special fields: The special fields adapt depending on the selection, whether matrixRecommendation or itemListRecommendation . The settings for configuring a item list can now be seen here.

3. excluded_answers: Answer options are excluded as part of the result determination. A "0" in the matrix no longer influences the result for these answer options.

4. Table

   • Parameters: Under "Parameters" you specify which user information is used for the calculation. Select the answer that you have configured as the Number Input Field in the questionnaire.

   • Operator: Here you specify the calculation method "*" (multiplication) or "+" (addition).

   • Question: Under "Question", assign the questions that are relevant for the calculation of the components.

   • Answer: In order for an item list not to be calculated for all product variants, you can specify in "Answer" that the set parameter or the quantity specification is only set off against this answer.

5. Custom post processor code: If a customized calculation is required, it can be inserted here.

⚠️ Note

If you have selected the item list recommendation as the Recommendation Method, the Number of Recommendations shown, Number of Recommendations returned & show_user_inputs cannot be configured.
