Result Page
The result page is the page that is displayed to the customer at the end of the decision tree. It contains product recommendations, descriptions and benefits, CallToAction buttons and much more. The result page can be individually designed and arranged. The title, the heading, the number of product columns on the results page, etc. can be defined.
On the Result Page you can sort the products into groups. There are also 3 sections in which you can influence the structure of the product recommendation:
Top Sections
Product Sections
Bottom Sections
By clicking on "Result Page" in the workbench, you will be taken to the following page:
Result Page Title: Title of the result page
Result Page Headline: Headline of the result page
Result Page Bottom Line: Bottom line of the result page
Wrong Filter Text: This text appears if the user enters a value in a secondary filter on the results page that is not permitted.
Number of product columns: Changes the number of columns in which the recommendations are displayed.
Enable editing of user inputs on result page: Ability to edit the selected options directly on the result page
Recommendations can only appear in one sort group: Prevents a product that belongs to two sort groups from being displayed in more than one on the result page. This is relevant, for example, if you only want to display premium products in the top sort group and not in another sort group below.
Recommendation Amount: Possibility to show the user on the result page how many products are recommended to him and how many other products would match his details in the questionnaire. Once you have ticked the box on the left, you can open the field for the other settings
Template: Now enter the text to be displayed on the result page and add the placeholders {{shown}} and/or {{total}}. The placeholder {{shown}} refers to the number of recommendations that are currently displayed on the results page and the placeholder {{total}} refers to how many recommendations match the entries in the questionnaire in total.
