User interface

The user interface of the Algorithm looks as follows:

• Choose Recommendation Method: The matrix recommendation (matrixRecommendation) is set by default. If you use filters, use the filterRecommendation and if you want to use a parts list recommendation, select the itemListRecommendation.

• Number of Recommendations shown: Number of product recommendations to be displayed on the results page.

• Special fields: These represent additional settings in the algorithm that can be used to customize the Selector even more to individual user requirements. If you have opted for the item list recommendation, additional fields will appear in this section of the workbench.

⚠️ Note: Change of the user interface

Depending on the selection of the option Choose Recommendation Method , the user interface also changes. With the item list logic (itemListRecommendation), for example, it is not possible to change the number of recommendations displayed (Number of Recommendations shown). This option is therefore omitted from the parts list, see the following illustration.
