    Article summary

In the Special Fields area, you can select the user input that you want to display on the results page as part of the product information under show_user_inputs .

The display of the entries on the results page can be used, among other things, to

    1. show the user which answers they have selected

    2. to clarify that a recommendation fulfils the selected requirements

💡 Use this feature if you only want to display one result

This feature is recommended if you only recommend one result to your target group, as the displayed entries are repeated for each result.

Example: Display of answers on the results page

In the following example, the user was asked in the questionnaire about characteristics relating to the cutting tool and the cutting disc size. The answers to the questions "Cutting tool" and "Cutting disc size" are now displayed on the results page.

    Procedure:

Step 1: Go to the menu item Algorithm and under show_user_inputs select all questions whose answers should appear on the results page. In this example, we want the answers to the questions "Cutting tool" and "Cutting disc size" to be displayed on the results page. We therefore tick off these two options.

Fig.1 : Select the questions whose answers are to be displayed on the results page (step 1)

Step 2: Now we need to configure the field for the results page. To do this, go to the menu item Result Page and from there to the tab Product Sections. Here under Add Sections add the element User-Input to your results page.

After saving, the configuration is complete. If we run through the questionnaire on a test basis and enter answers, we can see the information on the questions "Cutting tool" and "Cutting disc size" in particular on the results page. In this example, the answers "Nasssteinsäge" and "< 250" were selected (see Fig. 3).
