    As described in the previous article, go to Number of recommendations shown to specify how many recommendations are displayed to Selector users on the results page.

    You can use the setting Number Recommendations returned to influence the maximum number of products displayed as suitable on the results page.

    Take a look at the following example to understand.

    Example: Number of recommendations returned vs. number of recommendations shown

    Number of Recommendations returned vs. Number Recommendations shown briefly illustrated using an example:

    Let's assume that after entering all of a user's answers, 20 products match the selection criteria. If you enter the number 5 in the workbench at Number of Recommendations shown , the 5 products with the highest matrix weighting are displayed when the results page is loaded (with a 0/1 filter, the first 5 matching recommendations from the imported product file appear). If you simultaneously set Number of Recommendations returned to 10 products, the user will see that a further 5 products match the information provided in the questionnaire (see Fig. 1).
